Refund and Returns Policy

At Varshait Baby Wear, we want to ensure your little one gets the perfect fit. Because baby hygiene and safety are our top priorities, we have a strict, transparent return policy. Please read the guidelines below before initiating a return.

1. 5-Day Return Window

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Any requests made after 5 days will not be accepted.

2. What is Eligible for a Return?

  • Fit Issues ONLY: We accept returns only if the product does not fit your baby.
  • Proof is Required: To process a sizing return, you must provide photo or video proof showing the fit issue.
  • No “Change of Mind” Returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds if you simply “did not like the product” or changed your mind after ordering. Please check our Size Guide carefully before purchasing.

3. Packaging & Item Condition

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its exact original condition.
  • Proper Packaging is Mandatory: You must return the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. If the original packaging is missing, torn, or if the product is returned poorly packed (resulting in transit damage), a deduction will be applied to your final refund amount to cover the loss.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Send us a message on WhatsApp or email us at [Insert Your Email] within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Submit Proof: Provide your Order ID and attach the clear photos/videos showing the sizing issue.
  3. Approval: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  4. Shipment: Once approved, we will share instructions for the return pickup or shipment.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item at our facility, our quality check team will inspect it. If it meets all the conditions above (unused and in proper packaging), your refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
