How to Measure:
Neck Circumference: Measure all the way around the neck with the help of measuring tape. Don’t forget the one-finger distance between the neck and measuring tape.
Chest Circumference: With arms relaxed down at your sides, measure the fullest part of your chest, all the way around your body from front to back. Measure the fullest part of your chest all the way around your body from front to back with arms relaxed down at your sides. Keep the measuring tape parallel to the ground.
Waist Circumference: Measure all the way around your waist with the help of measuring tape, normally where you wear your pants. Don’t forget the one-finger distance between the waist and measuring tape for accurate measurement.
