Chapter 10: Standard Export Carton For Delivering Customized Socks

To protect socks and keep them in a good position during transportation regardless of transportation method (air, sea, truck, courier) manufacturers should use standard quality cartons.

A standard export carton is called a “Corrugated box”, which is composed of 3 parts:
1. Face liner,
2. Middle corrugated paper, which is in a zig-zag shape,
3. Bottom liner.

To check the carton quality we simply need to count the number of total layers including face liner, bottom liner, and corrugated paper. As a standard carton for customized socks, we use 5 layered cartons.
