Chapter 3: Types Of Shipments

Air freight
It is the fastest method of transportation. The buyer needs to make a reservation 10 to 15 days earlier. The airfreight shipment method is used for extremely time-sensitive orders. It is 2~3 times more expensive than trucking and 3~6 times more expensive than sea freight.
Train
It is a medium method of transportation with reasonable rates much lower than air freight but the delivery is much faster than sea freight shipment. It is most recommended for bulk orders if the client wants to get the shipment earlier but can’t afford air freight.
Sea Freight
It is the most cost-effective method of shipment but takes much more time than air freight and trucking. If you have plenty of time and want to save a huge amount you can use the sea freight shipment method.
